Then can you make other symlink  for example like this
/usr/lib/libkwebkit.so.1 -> libkwebkit.so.0.9.5 ?

kdebase, kdenetwork and konq-plugins wiil need rebuild every time when version 
number changed for example from 0.9.5 to 0.9.6. So, absence of such symlink is 
seems like a bug.
