Panels positions and settings.

SUMMARY
When I logged in panel length getting strange. Then, when I enter the edit mode
and exit, panel getting normal length.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open your laptop or PC. 
2. Give your password to login.
3. Wait the system to complete it's opening process.

OBSERVED RESULT
Only one of the three panel getting wrong length.

EXPECTED RESULT
Panel length is "fit content" setting.

I added pdf that has two screenshot that has the my panel settings and its
positions. All panels have the same settings.
