STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open post compose window
2. right-click and uncheck "spell check"
3. post 'toot'
4. 

OBSERVED RESULT
open compose again; "spell check" is re-checked

EXPECTED RESULT
open compose again; "spell check" remains turned off
