Depiction of the problem and how installing VLC remediates it.

This video demonstrates the issue on multiple WEBM video files, one from
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=480569#c0, the other created by Spectacle.
Afterward, it demonstrates that installing VLC remediates the problem.
