SUMMARY


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. im noticing now after every rebbot or logut after you put it to sleep. the
icons wont stay in locked palce.
2. first to place your icons where you want them, then lock them in place.
3. afetr you done. logout or reboot. it repeat every process. i knwo this was
fixed in previous updatesa. but seems to return again. unless somebody is
messing with my settings in secret.

OBSERVED RESULT
place icons on desktop and right click on desktop and go to icons select lock
in palce, then reboot or logout.  it repeat. soemtimes it work.

EXPECTED RESULT
hoping this gets fixed. i see discover store is no longer updating.
