SUMMARY
If you have any application opened and it is in focus and you right click the
desktop to say create a new folder the popup menu will be opened in a new
window. It will appear at the center of the screen making it very unusable if
say you wanted to make a folder at the corner of your desktop.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any application
2. Click on the application window so it is in focus
3. Right click on the desktop

OBSERVED RESULT
The popup menu will be in a new window that has a title bar. The title of the
window is plasmashell, it is at the center of the screen.

EXPECTED RESULT
Open popup menu without creating any new windows, at the exact spot that was
right clicked on.
