STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Uninstall/Install some arbitrary software
2. Immediately after open kicker/krunner
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
The application is still shown although, it should be uninstalled / not shown
although it should be installed.
Is not reproducible every time, but often. After some time it reliably works as
expected. Probably some database not getting refreshed. Krunner seems a bit
faster catching on.
