[kde] [Bug 480292] KDE animation and extreme low fps after wake up from sleep. After wake up from sleep the fps extremely laggy and the animation stuttering.

After trying installing with Manjaro KDE, the KDE FRAM WORK 5.113.0 seems works
fine but with 5.114.0 from Arch seems to trigger the fps drop again.
