STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. right-click on panel and choose "+ Add widgets..."
2. add Calculator widget to panel
3. click on the widget added to panel
4. type any number

OBSERVED RESULT
typed number does not appear in the Calculator widget

EXPECTED RESULT
keyboard input works
