STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Attempt to launch telegram either with console - telegram-desktop, or from
the application menu
2. 
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
If the telegram is launched from application menu, just nothing happens.

If i'll try to launch telegram from the terminal, using telegram-desktop I get
this:

$ telegram-desktop
Cannot mix incompatible Qt library (6.6.2) with this library (6.7.0)
Aborted (core dumped)
