I use Kubuntu 22.04

When using Arabic layout, pressing the key ﻻ + any other control key (like ctrl
or alt) will print the key ﻻ instead of taking it as a shortcut. This problem
occures in KDE and QT apps and does not exist in Gnome apps.

For example in Libreoffice with KDE integration, when I use Arabic layout and
press CTRL+ﻻ (which corresponds to CTRL-B) it prints ﻻ instead of making the
text bold, which is very annoying. I had to remove KDE integration and use
gnome integration in Libreoffice to solve this problem.

I wonder what causes this problem and is there any solution.
