Audex crashes on  "Store cover file" [Setting...] click


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Starting audex
LANG=C /opt/kf5/bin/audex 
2.  Change settings
Click in menu on "Settings" -> "Configure Audex..."
3.  Change Profiles
Click on left side the icon with "Profiles"
Choose an existing profile e.g. "Ogg Vorbis (Extreme Quality)" and click on the
button [Modify...]
Click on the tab _/Extra\_

/!\ On the right side from "Store cover file" click on [Setting...]

OBSERVED RESULT
The application (audex) will be halted
The following text appears in the terminal window:
