After many restarts and up- and downgrades of the frameworks package and other
packages, after I thought I had narrowed down the problem to the frameworks
version, now suddenly the problem is gone even with the newest updates and
Frameworks 5.111.0.

I am currently not able to reproduce it anymore, which is not good as I wanted
to document it further via screenshots and video. Maybe some kind of cache got
cleared or something. But there was something there, it definitely made by
computer very hard to use for a few days. :/
