Screenshot of PolicyKit1 asking for permission

SUMMARY

After any of the recent updates, every time I want to shut down my pc,
hibernate or similar, I get a message that system policies prevent editing
custom network settings. I have attached a screenshot for this. Why does this
happen, what could have caused it, and how do I fix it?

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Try setting your PC into hibbernate mode, or shut it down, or wake your pc
up
2. Get the dialog as shown in my attachment

OBSERVED RESULT
A dialog keeps asking for my password

EXPECTED RESULT
No dialog negging me every now and then
