            Bug ID: 470268
Summary: Non-KDE applications don't scale to correct size
unless the scale setting in Display Configuration is
                    changed and then changed back.
    Classification: I don't know
           Product: kde
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Archlinux
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
          Reporter: semperverus at gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
If working with mixed scale environments, currently applications like Firefox
and Discord do not scale correctly. They scale at 100% instead of the higher
value, making content very small on a HiDPI display.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set up a 200% scale monitor in a mixed scale environment (at least one 100%
scale monitor on either side works)
2. Log into KDE Plasma Wayland session
3. Start a non-kde application such as Firefox or Discord

OBSERVED RESULT
Application is scaled at 100%

EXPECTED RESULT
Application is scaled at 200%
