            Bug ID: 467532
Summary: Default log out option is not useful
    Classification: I don't know
           Product: kde
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
                OS: Linux
            Status: REPORTED
          Severity: normal
          Priority: NOR
         Component: general
          Assignee: unassigned-bugs at kde.org
          Reporter: david.cortes.rivera at gmail.com
  Target Milestone: ---

SUMMARY
The default logout option is "log out" of a user session. This is not a
reasonable thing to put as default, since very seldom would someone using a
desktop computer want to do that. The year is 2023. Most desktop computers have
a single user, who wants to shut down the computer when done using it.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Press Ctrl+Alt+Del or trigger the logout dialog through some other way.

OBSERVED RESULT
Offers me to "log out".

EXPECTED RESULT
Should offer me to either restart the computer (for Ctrl+Alt+Del), shut it down
(for buttons elsewhere), or perhaps hibernate.

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Windows:
macOS:
Linux/KDE Plasma:
(available in About System)

KDE Frameworks Version:
Qt Version:
