The wallpaper will leak one line of pixel at the bottom

You can see that there is one bright line of pixel on the top of bottom-bar, it
is the wallpaper, and not only the wallpaper, kde apps like konsole and okular
will leak edge/firefox/whatever else too.

maybe the same issue as https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=423390
