STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open the text tool
2. Drag to open
3. Text appears larger

OBSERVED RESULT
Previously when using the text tool, it was an appropriate size (size 12) now
where it displays size 9 it is way too large. 

EXPECTED RESULT
I want to open the text tool that is smaller or reflects the text size to
reduce confusion and frustration.
