Hmm, nothing is jumping out at me from
https://kde.org/announcements/frameworks/5/5.102.0.

Were there other updates that happened at the same time, or did you truly only
upgrade from Frameworks 5.101 to 5.102 when this happened?

Does it eventually manage to log out and get you back to the SDDM login screen?
Or does it stay in this state forever no matter how long you wait?
