Chrome, In-game. Actually I've noticed it's not pipewire fault because it
sutters whole desktop env randomly even if there's no audio session.
Downgrading KDE to 5.26.4 fixes the issue. The bug is hard repeat. It's really
random.

My friends experiencing it too.
