ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Using pipewire with wayland session.

It seems that there's a new bug with the Wayland session? I'm assuming that's
what it is. I'm getting a weird stuttering effect.

When I play music and do random stuff, sometimes the whole Plasma desktop
environment stutters with a crackling sound. At first, I thought it was a
problem with PipeWire, but now I'm not sure.
