Sir,

Thank you for taking the time to explain to me. And also for pointing me in the
right direction. I have sent a request to the xkbcommon team.

I am no longer a member of KDE, since I realized that I cannot contribute much
as I don't know C++. I am currently learning C though (learnt Python a couple
of years ago).

I am very interested in creating cross-platform apps. That is why I signed up
in KDE.
I don't know where to start. I am willing to learn what it takes. I request you
to kindly give a few pointers on how I should proceed.

Right now I am learning C and making GUI, using books from the Raspberry Pi
press and also other good books on that subject. I passed a course in Python
with edx. I am not a programming student. I am an educator. I make content for
learning Buddhist scriptures. (This is my website, in case you are interested :
www.rukkhamula.wordpress.com )

I want to make apps that aid learning.
I don't know where to start.
If you wish, please give me few pointers of how to proceed in this direction.

Thank you for your time and kindness.

With regards,
Aruna Ravi
