I didn't know about that plan. I also like it. So instead, I would request to
add a "Get new stuff" page for launch feedbacks from where users can install
new animations.
Regarding the Task manager animation, I think it will be good if that can be
moved to the task manager plasmoid, because every task manager plasmoid
(whatever may come in the future) may not choose to implement it.
