widgets position CHANGED by reboot

SUMMARY
widgets on dual screen/monitor setup do not persist their positions on reboot.
multiple widgets end up on extreme right hand side of screen AFTER reboot,
where they were not originally positioned.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. setup dual monitor w/ different resolutions 2560x1440 (Left) + 1920c1080
(Right)
2. set 2560x1440 (Left) monitor as Primary
2. setup multiple widgets  in 2 separate columns close to each other right hand
side of primary monitor.
3. reboot

OBSERVED RESULT
multiple widgets end up on extreme right hand side of Primary monitor AFTER
reboot

EXPECTED RESULT
widgets should stay in original position
