SUMMARY
5.26 causes major stuttering in gamescope (also reported here
https://github.com/Plagman/gamescope/issues/657) Downgrading back to 5.25.5
fixes the stuttering.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Upgrade to 5.26
2. Start a game with gamescope
3. notice immediately really bad stuttering in any game

OBSERVED RESULT
really bad stuttering in any game compared to 5.25.5

EXPECTED RESULT
same performance as 5.25.5
