I changed the language to american english from spanish-AR and there was no
issue with it. Tried tp change it back later but there was only the option of
spanish from spain in system settings and changing it to that made parts of the
system diplay bits of text in english and others in spanish. After some
research i tried running "sudo dpkg-reconfigure locale" in the terminal and
changed the language to es-AR utf-8 and restarted, the problem persisted. I
finally was able to fix it editing the language entry in the "plasma-localerc"
file, located in " .config " directory, from es-ES to es-AR.
My location is set to Argentina and im on the latest version of kde neon.
