SUMMARY
***
After startup, the default Breeze Dark application launcher remains
translucent, even if the panel it's in is set to opaque (fixes after opening
any fullscreen window).
***

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the default Breeze Dark panel to be opaque
2. Reboot the system
3. Open the application launcher

OBSERVED RESULT
The application launcher remains translucent

EXPECTED RESULT
The application launcher should be opaque

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Linux/KDE Plasma: Debian Bookworm
(available in About System)
KDE Plasma Version: 5.26.0
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.98.0
Qt Version: 5.15.6

After opening any fullscreen window, the application launcher corrects itself
and stays that way until next reboot. Though it remains translucent for a split

translucent.
