SUMMARY:
When typing in a textbox (e.g: firefox address bar), `ctrl+shift+x` switches
textbox direction. This does not work in some programs AND I want to change
that shortcut.

EXPECTED:
The shortcut worked so far on Firefox. It does not work in other programs
(Kate, KWrite, ...). 

QUESTION:
how to change this to the typical: `right ctrl+ right shift` switches text
right, and vice versa.
