SUMMARY
When task bar going up on boot it dissapear one right-down icon and create
itself scroolbar

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1.Changing resolution manually/forcing it
2.Reinstalling whole system
3.Changing desktop icon size

OBSERVED RESULT
If i change icons to default value that is moderately small this issue gone but
with others problem exist

EXPECTED RESULT
Remove this weird scroolbar from desktop its very annoying, i want use small
icons but cant because of this
