KDE Plasma Wayland:

Attempting to move a taskbar in edit mode from one monitor to another monitor
does not work - also this sometimes (Intermittant) results in everything
freezing up, except the mouse pointer
One is then forced to press the PC button which takes you to the logout screen



STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Attempt to move the taskbar from one monitor to another

OBSERVED RESULT - Wayland:

Attempting to move a taskbar in edit mode from one monitor to another monitor
does not work - also this sometimes (Intermittant) results in everything
freezing up, except the mouse pointer
One is then forced to press the PC button which takes you to the logout screen



KDE Plasma X11 (X.org)

EXPECTED RESULT: Works as it should

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

Just upgraded OS to the latest Kernel version and the latest KDE Plasma Version
Issue with not being able to move the taskbar has been around almost forever
under Wayland
