STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Lauch Konsole
2. Run "sudo pkcon refresh"
3. Run "sudo pkcon update"

OBSERVED RESULT
KDE Neon Beta won't update due to unmet dependecies: libkdecorations2private9

EXPECTED RESULT
KDE Neon Beta should upgrade withought complaining about unmet dependecies:
libkdecorations2private9
