System lock settings

Hello,
I have assembled a new computer with AMD R7 1700 and RX 460 4 GB GPU. I have
installed Debian Bullseye 11 and KDE Plasma 5.20.5 on it.

I have installed AMD non-free drivers, but I have always a problem: I have set
up KDE to lock my session and sleep my screen, but the screen is off only one
second and going up immediately on my lock screen.
However if I suspend the system with "systemctl suspend" command I don't have
this problem.
