SUMMARY

Unable to control volume and brightness when context menu is active

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Activate a context menu by right-clicking on a taskbar program, file/folder
in dolphin, somewhere in the start menu (or wherever). 
2. Try to control volume or brightness with volume or brightness keys on a
keyboard that has them.

OBSERVED RESULT

It doesn't change the brightness or volume.

EXPECTED RESULT

Changed brightness or volume levels
