kdeinit5 doesn't have a bug reporting address ... should it? (crash info
considered useful)

SUMMARY
Seg fault in kdeinit5

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. download this form: https://www.irs.gov/pub/irs-pdf/f1040.pdf
2. open the form in Firefox (v88.0)
3. modify a couple of pdf form fields and then press "Download" button on the
firefox pdf viewer to save the modified form to disk

OBSERVED RESULT
things seem to work ok, but the crash handler appears; it's not clear to me
what  the process that crashed was supposed to do
