SUMMARY I have changed from Kubuntu 20.02 to KDE Neon 5.21.2. Font Manager
installs fonts in this case .ttf but apllications such as Inkscape, Gimp, Libre
Office doesn't have them available for use.


STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. install Kde Neon 5.21.2 from Kde.
2. Download apps. from Discover.
3. Install fonts to Font Manager.
4. Open apps such as Inkscape, Gimp, Libre Office

OBSERVED RESULT Apps. don't see installed fonts and use default font for that
app.


EXPECTED RESULT Open Inkscape and the program use the fonts installed to Font
Manager.
