SUMMARY
When you click on an application in the Task Manager panel the wrong app gets
restored.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Dolphin.
2. Open Firefox.
3. Click on Show Desktop.
4. Click on Dolphin app icon in Task Manager (or use Meta + Numkey keybinding
to activate it).

OBSERVED RESULT
First issue: both Dolphin and Firefox get restored.
Second issue: Firefox is on top and not Dolphin. It seems it always restores
the last application which was on top no matter what app button you click.
Workaround: you always need to click the application twice to bring it to
front.

EXPECTED RESULT
Only Dolphin should get restored, Firefox (or any other applications) should
stay minimized.
