About KDE

When submitting a bug on this bug tracker, I'm regularly asked which KDE
version is affected.  Running Kubuntu, however, I have no clue how to find out
which KDE version I'm using.

It would be nice if all About KDE dialogs would include the KDE version,
instead of only the application version.
