I genuinely have no idea how to triage this.

If it was just Plasma applets, I'd send it to plasmashell. But if Yakuake (and
only Yakuake) is also affected, then I have no idea, because its input doesn't
go through Plasma. Feels like a deeper issue in the input stack somewhere.

Sending to plasmashell anyway so people smarter than me can suggest something
more intelligent.
