SUMMARY
In case of Folder View Layout the content of the set Custom Folder does not
show up on the desktop screen after another Activity's one is set

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open [Configure Desktop and Wallpaper...] by a right mouse click on the
Desktop
2. Set Wallpaper >> Layout: Folder View
3. Set Location >> Show: Custom location and select a folder (let's say folder
A) for the current Activity (let's say Activity A). Now its content is visible
on the desktop screen
4. Close configuration
5. Change Activity (let's say to Activity B) and configure it in the same way,
but assign another Custom location to it (let's say folder B). Now its content
is visible on the desktop screen.
6. Change Activity back to A. Now the content of folder A does not show up on
its desktop screen. Though the A assignment is still valid.

OBSERVED RESULT
The content of a previously selected custom location (after another Activity's
one is set) do not show up on its desktop screen, however the selection is
valid. E.g. a new file can not be created on the desktop with a name of an
existing's file name in its assigned folder. 

EXPECTED RESULT
Custom location of every Activity should always be shown on its own desktop
screen.
