blue yeti connection

SUMMARY

When I plug in my headphone in the headphone jack of Blue Yeti, the right side
has more volume. It was not always like this. I also notice when I unplug and
plug in the USB to the PC, there is a moment while the system is detecting the
device, there is a slight hum and both side on the headphone are balance. Once
Blue Yeti is detected, the right side of headphone is a bit louder.

I would like to mention this just started happening in the last 2 or 3 weeks,
before it would happen occasionally, now all the time.

I have tested this on with my Macbook Pro with same cable and headphone
produces balanced audio to both ears.

I have also tested with my PC headphone jack and audio is balanced on
headphones.

On my PC I double check my motherboard for loose wiring, everything seemed
good. I've tried different USB ports but always the same issue now, unbalance
audio to the headphone.

So far I've eliminated my headphone, cables and Blue Yeti as not being the
problem. I also doubt my motherboard has a problem with all USB ports, but
still a remote possibility.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Plug Blue Yeti mic to PC
2. Plug in headphone to Blue Yeti headphone jack
3. Open Pulse Audio settings and click on "Configuration" tab.
4. Set Blue Yeti profile to "Analog Stereo Output + Digital Stereo (IEC957)
Input"
5. Turn volume knob on Blue Yeti to 100% up, use PC volume to control headphone
volume.
6. Listen to audio

OBSERVED RESULT

Unbalance output, right side is a bit louder.

EXPECTED RESULT

Balance output to both headphone left and right side.
