SUMMARY
When changing the name of a FORM window, a <2> is appended to the end of the
new form name. It doesn't happen in Windows, Linux Mint or XFCE.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Change name of FORM
2. Run Lazarus app and observe new form window
3. 

OBSERVED RESULT
<2> is appended to the FORM name.
