System preferences application screenshot

When I click on an email address I want my default browser to open with GMail.
For this I have defined as default application "kioclient5 exec
https://mail.google.com/mail/?view=cm&fs=1&tf=1&to=%t&su=%s&body=%u" in system
preferences application. 

But when I press on an email address in a KDE application, it shows the error:
"Could not find any application or handler for mailto:...". I attach 2
screenshots with error.

When I execute in konsole "kioclient5 exec
https://mail.google.com/mail/?view=cm&fs=1&tf=1&to=%t&su=%s&body=%u" works
well.
