The issue is back, unfortunately it's not the cable as I had hoped.

Everything was working for 2 days and then after putting my PC to sleep and
waking it, I am getting unbalanced audio with the right ear much louder in the
headphones.

I tired turning off the Blue Yeti, removing the cable and headphone jack and
nothing seems to work. I've also changed and profile from Pulse audio system
setting to something else and back to Blue Yeti and it is not fixing/resetting
the unbalance audio problem.

Finally I hooked Blue Yeti to my MacBook Pro and audio comes out balanced to
both ears in the headphones. Also soon as I plug it back to the PC, the
unbalanced issue shows up. So the headphone, Blue Yeti and cable have been
eliminated as the source of the problem.

I hope this can be resolved because it is very annoying.
