I can confirm if right-clicked file is located on desktop. Also reproducible
when I open gimp via its icon on desktop or via kickoff launcher (bug 410604
allegedly fixed in Plasma 5.16.5). If I use "Open with" from context menu of
Dolphin, gimp dark theme looks correct.
