[systemsettings] [Bug 416358] kcm_fonts: Cannot apply changes (button remains inactive)

The strange thing is. On an existing profile the fontsize is ok, changing is
not available. That's why I thought, i set the fontoption directly in the file
~/.kde/share/config/kdeglobals but the options will not be set. 
Logout and in did also not help, so should there be any special command to set
new options in such file?
