For the second issue, this a side-effect of using the D-Bus method to launch a
file manager when "open containing folder" is used; Krusader doesn't have a
org.freedesktop.FileManager1 dbus service like e.g. Dolphin, Nautilus,
Thunar... etc have.

Another issue is that whichever file manager is running first claims the
org.freedesktop.FileManager1 d-bus address, and that one is launched by "open
containing folder"... an interesting problem.
