Correct Tooltip (applet?)

Not sure about the "network applet", but tooltips are typically shown correctly
like this.
The tooltip for the "All widgets" filter also displayed the text correctly.
And in case you're wondering, it isn't about it being "network" (I doubt you'd
think that). All of the widgets I use exhibit the same behavior (likely because
they all share the same "menu" system).
