In general we try to avoid this kind of super-granular setting; it's why
different themes exist, after all. :)

But can you clarify what you mean by "padding"? The size of the elements
themselves? The amount of whitespace between them? Etc. And maybe provide a
mockup of what you would like to change it to, if you had such an option?
