Self-explanatory

SUMMARY

When I hit Reboot or Shut Down "ksmserver-logout-greeter" shows up in the
taskbar/panel. Captured in attached screenshot.

Occurrence: random / pretty high

I usually abort Reboot or Shut Down and try again until it goes away. 


KDE Plasma Version: 5.14.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 5.54.0
Qt Version: 5.11.2

Present in both KDE Neon User Edition and Solus Plasma.

Should be dealt with before Buster goes frozen.
