Doesn't seem to be a bug but more like a design decision.

But on the other hand Kaffeine and KMplayer are able to show current media on
their respective title bars.

A quick look on Multimedia on kde.org show that Elisa doesn't do it but Amarok
and Juk do.

It could be great if dragon player could do it along the status bar as an
option along the rest.
